Dr Laszlo Harangi, LL.M | Managing Attorney
Dr. László Harangi, LL.M has many years of experience in business law both in Hungary and abroad. He has been providing legal services to leading domestic firms and world-leading multinational companies, corporate groups in many areas of business law, such as company law, labor law, media law, sports law, insurance law, and compensation law, and representing them in litigation (in front of ordinary courts as well as in Hungarian and international arbitration proceedings) and in out-of-court dispute resolution.
The managing partner, as the head of corporate law department in one of the largest corporate groups in Hungary and in Central and Eastern Europe, has been involved in several domestic and international (cross-border) corporate law transactions, furthermore he was a member of the corporate law and liquidation law codification working group of the Ministry of Justice.
The mother tong of Dr. László Harangi, LL.M is Hungarian and he is fluent in English.
